Where does Borcelle ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and certain other locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping with tracking included.
  2. Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping. No code needed – automatically applied to qualifying orders.

Adventure Tip: Order at least 3 weeks before your trip for free shipping, or 2 weeks for standard shipping to ensure timely arrival.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive detailed tracking. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may be more limited depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges
