Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Returns must be initiated within the 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Wetsuits (due to intimate fit requirements)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made products

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

International Returns
For our global adventurers (excluding some remote areas):
