Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Returns must be initiated within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Wetsuits (due to intimate fit requirements)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless due to our error (wrong item or defective product)
  • Exchange Shipping: We cover standard shipping costs for replacement items

International Returns

For our global adventurers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Defective Items
